Our Vision
A world where everyone has a decent place to live.
About Us
Habitat for Humanity of Coshocton County was founded in 1999 and became recognized by Habitat International as an Affiliate in 2001. We have now completed 11 houses, soon to be 12. House # 13, our veteran build is in full swing and will provide many volunteer opportunities for individuals or groups. You can sign up for volunteer opportunities by registering on our Volunteer Up system on our home page. Construction not your thing? We have volunteer opportunities in the office and the ReStore as well as many of our committees that are an important part of our organization. Call the office at 740-623-2764 for more information.
Other than our executive director Sue Hardesty and two part-time paid staff members at theReStore, we are an all-volunteer affiliate. The majority of donations received go back in to the building fund with very little used for administration costs.
Habitat Coshocton tithes ten percent off all unrestricted funds to help Ghana, Guatemala, and Poland in their mission of helping to eliminate substandard housing.
